The service provided is aapartment, hotel, and villa rental service, so there is no transportation and delivery services involved. When we receive your booking request, we will send a confirmation (including of request number) and booking information to the email you registered. You can also check your booking code and booking status in the "My Bookings" section.
Reservation request confirmation timeline: We will send you a reservation confirmation within 02 working days from the date of receiving your booking request on the Website.
2. DEFINITION OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRADERS AND ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING LOGISTICS SERVICES FOR PROVIDING GOODS DOCUMENTS DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS
