How do I know if my booking was cancelled?
Please do log in to "My Bookings" to see the booking status.
Can I pay with a deposit, or prepayment?
Yes, depends on your length of stay and the Property's policy.
Why do I need to provide my card details?
The credit card details is provided to secure your request and allows us to take care of your booking with special care.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
Yes, Bank Transfer is also availble on Movemee.
How can I get the invoice?
A payment receipt will be sent to your email once you completed the transaction, follow by the tax invoicewhen your stay completed.
I will be arriving outside of check-in hours. Can I still check-in?
Please mark it in the "Special Requests" section when booking, we are happy to check with the Property.

What if I haven't received my booking confirmation?

Can I sub-contract my lease when I go back to my country for holidays?
Unfortunately, most of properties do not allow sub-contract.
Can my apartment used for Airbnb posting & receive bookings from there?
Unfortunately, most of properties do not allow.
If I have to shorten my stay, how much is the penalty applied?
Please consult the Cancellation Policy before cancelling.
Will the apartment provide me with a residental confirmation letter during my stay?
Most of the properties will provide for long-stay rent only. Please do request directly with the Property upon check-in.
How deposit would be refunded to my account?
The deposit will be refunded back to your credit / debit card or Bank account within 14 working days, after Movemee received the condition check report of your Apartment from the Property.
What other fees that I have to pay during my stay?
Unless stated on the website, other utilities & miscellanous charges will be settled directly to the Property.
Should any damages happened in my apartment, what's my contact?
Please do report directly to the Property for their immediate actions.
What's my contact point for issues reported happened during my stay?

What's minimum contract length that I have to sign with?

What happen if I do not pay my next month's rent on time?
The agreement will be terminated and deposit will not be refunded based on the Cancellation Policy.
